Why are we here? 

The Tree of North Texas is based in Fort Worth, Tx. We work hand in hand with Birdville, Keller, and Fort Worth ISD's to ensure students have what they need to succeed in the classroom! Some students only eat when they are at school, and this creates a gap in their nutrition. Our food donations supply these children with meals to take home so they won't go hungry over the weekend. We also have weekly tutoring/mentoring on site at schools. Our volunteers help with homework, studying, or by just lending an ear to children who need someone to talk to.
